Dallas Best Service

Hello ALL!
Well, now that I am getting the hang of this blogging business (at least I think I am), it's time to focus on what is REALLY important, YOU our beloved customer.  Yes, we love you and really want you to be happy.  This is why I have written a letter to each of you on our menu, we have comment cards on each table and we have a comment book on the counter by the cash register.  We value your opinion above all else and sincerely hope you will talk to us.  Please tell us about any concerns you may have. 

From the time we open the door in the morning until we lock it again after closing, our only thoughts are about what we can do to make you happy.  We work hard to be ready to serve you a hot and delicious meal.  We actually make just about everyting by hand from scratch.  However, in spite of how hard we try to do the best job possible, occassionally we drop the ball.  And for that I am truly sorry.  As mentioned above,  I hope you will tell us as soon as you notice anything (food or service) that is less than perfect.  We really want to know (I cannot say that enough).

Stay tuned, I have an idea for a recipe contest involving you, our beloved customer.  I will get back to you on this soon and outline the idea and tell you how you can get involved and maybe have a new menu item at The Mecca named after you, or anyone you would like.  Until next time,
